Our beautiful Penthouse villa 16F located in building 16, third floor (top), overlooks the majestic mountains. The unit is richly furnished along with High End Electronics and Appliances, Central air conditioning, Ceiling fans throughout, Granite countertops, Travertine floors, African mahogany crown molding and cabinetry.
The lanai features Teak wood cabinetry, an outdoor living/dining area, with a gourmet Viking gas grill & rotisserie, along with a refrigerator. The retractable pocket doors bring together the lanai and living areas in a natural flow.
You will have a spacious 1270 square-foot living area plus a 150 square-foot lanai.

SMOKING IN ANY FORM IS PROHIBITED throughout the entire unit, including lanais / balconies and all common areas of the resort. There is NO exception, every smoking violation is an infraction subject to the current Kolea fine and substantial cleaning/deodorizing fees for our unit.
NO PET: PETS are NOT PERMITTED inside Kolea Resort and unit 16F under any conditions.
SECURITY: For the security of our home and community, a video doorbell is installed at the front door.

The home was stocked with the things we needed including a cooler and beach gear for our day trips. Hannah was responsive and we felt welcomed from the moment we booked. 10/10 Posted Aug 3, 2025Loved our stay! Amazing condo in Kolea at Waikoloa Beach. Has everything you need, very spacious 2 bed 2 bath. The beach club, with a swimming pool, a hot tub, and a workout room is right behind the beach. Hannah is a great host, quick to respond! Would definitely recommend!

The location was central to all of the activities we planned out. Access to the beautiful pool and beach was walking distance and took only minutes. And of course the views were spectacular too. Shops and restaurants were also really close by. This place definitely was fabulous.

10/10 Posted Apr 13, 2025Amazing stay on the Big Island We loved this condo so much. It was perfect for our family of 4 with two kids under 5. We loved the pool and beach access, especially the sand bottom kids pool. Although, without question, the best part was the beach gear that is included. We packed up the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler with drinks and lunch and a bin of beach toys and headed out by 8am every day to explore beaches around the island. Our favorites were Manini'owali Beach on Kua Bay, Mauna Kea Beach, and Hapuna Beach. Then nights we had dinner at some of the resorts. Ulu at the Four Seasons was hands down the best - highly recommend going for any early dinner to enjoy sunset. Thanks for everything. We will absolutely be back! Communication with the host was easy & prompt - they were even able to accommodate a request for early check-in which I really appreciated.

10/10 Posted Jan 22, 2025Wonderful, well-equipped in a great location! We stayed 14 days. Best stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in, including beach gear. It has a great lanai with very comfortable lounging furniture. Always chaises available by the infinity edge pool, grounds were immaculate. This is a very comfortable condo for 2-4 people. Both bathrooms are en-suite. Everything you need is there when you check-in. Very happy surprise to find a huge bowls of fresh fruit. We’ll be back next year!
