Great condo in a wonderful location
10/10 Posted Apr 14, 2023Great condo in a wonderful location Our family of four had a fantastic week on the Big Island staying in this condo. The unit is a perfect place to relax and had all the amenities we could have hoped for. The grounds and pool area are also very nice and we definitely enjoyed returning there nightly after a day of adventures.
Home away from home.
10/10 Posted Mar 9, 2023Home away from home. We really enjoyed our three weeks at the property. It was a great place from which to explore the island and come home to. The private residents only pool and restaurant area were so enjoyable. The Waikoloa area has so much too offer. We saw molten lava at Volcanoes National Park one day and snow on top of Mauna Kea the next. Great beaches. You can get day passes to the local resorts for a fee and the beach vendors were great. We just Love the Big Island and we will be back.
Fantastic property
10/10 Posted Jan 30, 2023Fantastic property Overall, we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The property is incredible and our property manager was excellent. Amenities are really nice and location was exactly where we wanted it.
Whales and beaches!
10/10 Posted Jan 24, 2023Whales and beaches! We had a great time in Hali'i Kai 20G in January! Well-stocked kitchen and beach accessories were greatly appreciated. The Ocean Club is a great place to hang out, work out, (watch whales in the winter months) when you are not out enjoying the beaches and everything else Hawaii has to offer. Thank you Hannah for a great stay!
Paradise
10/10 Posted Nov 13, 2022Paradise This property is gorgeous! The house has ample space for 6 people and a baby. The lanais are great to enjoy morning coffee or just relax. The pool here is very nice and staff is friendly, lots of rules for pool. We loved staying here!!!

10/10 Posted Oct 27, 2022Wow Pretty amazing central location for our island expedition. You could stay here, drive about 20 minutes in any direction (except west I suppose) and have a complete trip. Highly recommend!!! And I have to say, the food at the pool was beyond any expectation. So convenient and excellent value.
Fantastic location and property!
10/10 Posted Oct 6, 2022Fantastic location and property! Our family really enjoyed staying at Hali'i Kai 20G, it was our kids first trip to the Big Island and we brought their grandparents as well. Property was fantastic to base out of for pool, beach and road trips around the island. Well stocked kitchen allowed for easy mealtimes with kids. So many fun beach toys were also provided which was an extra plus! Owner was also very responsive when we had a bit of an issue with a bed on the first night, they got everything taken care of right away for us! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hawai'i! Mahalo :-)
Amazing home away from home!

Not only was Hannah friendly and helpful, she truly outdid herself with every aspect of the home. The fridge had many accommodations, we recieved a basket full of fresh fruit and treats, and everything was very neat and clean. This house was everything we expected and more, cannot wait to visit again! Thank you hannah!!

10/10 Posted Aug 6, 2022SPECTACULAR HOME ON BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY This was our first visit to The Big Island and we had a wonderful time. The host, Hannah, communicated extremely well and was very responsive. She provided many helpful details and recommendations. The home was immaculate and very well stocked. I really appreciated this because it was so easy to prepare and eat meals in the home. The property and pool and poolside bar/cafe were gorgeous and delicious. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place!
